SERVICING OF GOVERNORS

The company has a workshop equipped with a bench test rig and all necessary accessories and technical documentation. For all previously mentioned types of governors we have inhouse stock of spare parts sufficient to meet the needs of our customers.

These parts include: bearings, ball bearings, thrust bearings, o-rings, gaskets, performed packing, drive shafts, terminal shafts, bushings, flyweights, pins, etc.

Technicians - whom are Woodward certified - are proficient in overhauling of all types of Woodward governors, even electro-mechanical governors and actuators.

POLARIS is also equipped with tools and devices for overhauling and testing governors on board ship (field service). Some of POLARIS's customers have their own stock of governors in the POLARIS's facility. They provide a full range of services on an exchange basis.

Your time is very important to us. Our special governor testing equipment is so designed that it can be easily put in any normal suitcase and brought wherever it is needed.
